Customers may request cancellation by contacting our team through phone or email. Cancellation requests will only be considered valid after receiving confirmation from Capital Venture Services.
3. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking date.
- Hotel, transport and third-party supplier charges are non-refundable wherever applicable.
- Special promotional or discounted packages may be completely non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once a cancellation request has been approved, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- No-show at the destination or hotel.
- Unused travel services after the trip has started.
- Government taxes, visa fees or processing charges.
- Force majeure events where suppliers do not issue refunds.
6. Booking Modifications
Changes to travel dates, passenger details or destinations are subject to availability and may involve additional charges imposed by hotels, airlines or transport providers.
7. Cancellation by Capital Venture Services
In rare situations where a package must be cancelled due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered an alternative package or an eligible refund wherever applicable.
8. Force Majeure
Capital Venture Services shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions or any event beyond our reasonable control.
